Our work with Vladimirov–Gyuneliev Architects includes the Lozen Houses—private homes within a close-knit residential community near Sofia. Structural Design was responsible not only for the building design but also for full geodetic and geotechnical investigations of the entire area, as well as engineering assessments and environmental site studies. As part of our sustainable engineering vision, we aim to solve complex problems optimally when required, while also applying proven conventional solutions that best meet each project’s needs.
