Dragalevtsi House is a prime example of Structural Design’s private-residence portfolio, located in the heart of Sofia’s residential quarters. Created in collaboration with our long-term partners Vladimirov–Gyuneliev Architects, it masterfully blends natural and man-made materials into a timeless structure with a modest yet modern and impactful exterior. Our design allows both the building’s form and its open interior spaces to stand out, giving Dragalevtsi House a rustic character reimagined through the continuity between structure and architecture.
